Tweaked some abilities a bit, and made 1-2 not as hard.

- 1-2's goal is now 30 kills or survive 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

- The spinning weasels and frogs are not as common in 1-2

- Fire & Fire's fire lasts half as long.

- Ice & Ice now makes both you and the clone spin, and can be used in air.

- Fire & Electric now has a trail and an animation.

- Sugar now gives 2 ability points.
